Whenever
possible, please use organic products and produce as
these are richer in vitamins and minerals and generally
free from pesticides, genetically modified ingredients,
and heavy metals. Coop and Migros have a large selection
of organic products. Quinoa and Ragu Vegetal can be
found at a health food shop such as Reformhaus Müller
(there are several in Zürich).
The
following recipes serve four adults. Each meal contains
a variety of vitamins, minerals, fibre, unsaturated
fats and protein.
Fruit
salad with buckwheat pancakes
For
the pancakes (makes 12):
500g buckwheat flour, 1 tsp baking powder, Soya milk;
810 dl, enough to achieve thick batter, 1 pinch
