Colourful Salad

4 carrots, 4 tomatoes, 1 large Romaine salad or 300g lamb’s lettuce, 1 large avocado, 1 small bunch of chives, 4 tbsps olive oil, 2–3 tbsps balsamico vinegar or lemon, 1–2 pinches of Trocomare*

1. Wash all vegetables carefully. 2. Combine olive oil, vinegar or lemon, Trocomare and chives to make a dressing. 3. Grate carrots coarsely, dice avocado and tomatoes and mix with dressing. 4. Cut up lettuce in small strips and add. Mix well and enjoy immediately! >>>
