Whole
grains: Rice, oats, rye, corn, quinoa, millet, buckwheat.
Garlic and onions: anti-viral, anti-fungal, and
anti-bacterial.
Seeds: Grind one tablespoon of mixed pumpkin,
sunflower, linseed and sesame seed and sprinkle over
muesli, salad or soup. Do it daily.
Water: 8 glasses of pure water daily, herb teas,
diluted fruit juices.
